1. Service Scope
After-Sales Service Scope
Applicable to Xinmeng brand products purchased through official direct or authorized sales channels in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).
The following situations are not covered by warranty service:
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period;
- Damage caused by human or external factors, including but not limited to drops, liquid ingress, overvoltage, short circuits, etc.;
- Malfunctions caused by self-disassembly, modification, firmware flashing, third-party repairs, etc.;
- Non-functional issues such as surface wear, keycap shine, feel changes, and natural wear from usage habits.
If you still wish to have your product serviced under the above circumstances, Xinmeng may offer paid repair (subject to actual repairability).
2. After-Sales Service Details
15-Day No-Reason Return
- Within 7 days from the date of delivery, if the product and its packaging, accessories, manual, and gifts (if any) remain intact and do not affect resale, you may apply for a no-reason return.
- This policy does not apply if the product is damaged, has missing parts, shows obvious signs of use, or affects resale due to human causes.
Warranty Period & Service
- Xinmeng brand products come with warranty service from the date of purchase. The standard warranty period is 12 months; some products enjoy a 24-month warranty (see product sales page for details).
- During the warranty period, if Xinmeng's official after-sales team determines the issue is a non-human-caused quality problem, Xinmeng will provide free repair or component replacement services (subject to actual conditions).
